• University, course, and year level (for graduation bookings)
• Payment reference numbers and receipt images
• Session preferences, notes, and add-ons
• Lead source (how you heard about us)

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm and manage your booking
• Send you booking confirmations and reminders
• Deliver your edited photos
• Communicate about your session
• Improve our services and understand how clients find us

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL), a cloud database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment receipts and portfolio images are stored in Supabase Storage.

4. Email Communications

By booking with us, you consent to receive transactional emails including booking confirmations, reminders, and delivery notifications. These are essential to your booking and cannot be opted out of while maintaining a booking.

5. Photo & Media Policy

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, White Kanvas Studio may use session photos for marketing purposes. If you do not consent to this, please notify us in writing before your session. Personal photos are delivered via Google Drive and are not shared publicly without consent.

6. Your Rights
