Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with White Kanvas Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Booking & Reservation

  • A reservation fee is required to secure your timeslot. For graduation sessions, this is ₱1,000 per client. For portrait sessions, this is 50% of the chosen package price.
  • The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt and verification of the reservation fee.
  • Bookings are subject to slot availability. Submission of a booking does not guarantee a timeslot until confirmation is received.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Clients may reschedule their booking once only, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted except in cases of verified emergencies with proper documentation.
  • Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund of the reservation fee.
  • White Kanvas Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment issues, force majeure). In such cases, clients will be contacted and offered an alternate date.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • A 10-minute grace period is offered. Clients arriving after this window may have their session time reduced.
  • Clients arriving 30 or more minutes late may experience a significant reduction in session time at the studio's discretion.
  • No-shows forfeit their reservation fee. Portrait clients who no-show will be subject to a ₱1,000 rebooking fee to schedule a new session.

5. Payment

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, after the shoot is completed.
  • Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring payment references submitted during online booking are accurate. Duplicate reference numbers will be flagged and may delay confirmation.

6. Photo Delivery

  • Edited photos are delivered within 12–14 working days via Google Drive. A rush delivery option (3 working days) is available for an additional fee.
  • Files are stored on our end for 3 days after delivery. Clients are advised to download and back up their photos promptly.
  • Up to 2 revision rounds are allowed per selected photo.
  • Raw, unedited files are not released under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property & Marketing Consent

White Kanvas Studio retains full intellectual property rights over all photographs and videos taken during your session. By booking with us, you grant White Kanvas Studio the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your photos and session content for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.

If you prefer that your photos not be used for marketing, please inform us in writing prior to your session.

8. Liability

White Kanvas Studio takes reasonable care to provide a professional and safe environment. However, we are not liable for loss, damage, or personal injury that occurs on studio premises beyond our reasonable control. Clients are responsible for the safety of any personal items brought into the studio.

9. Changes to Terms

White Kanvas Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
